This version refines the WSJT-x upgrade to V2.2.1 process.
WSJT-x has made it difficult for WD to determine the installed version.
So the cleanest procedure to upgrade is:
WD -z
git pull
WD -a
wsprd 2.2.1 decoded 2-6% more spots from the same wav files.
So it is a useful upgrade, especially for sites receiving many signals.
