Current spots may take long to post after an extended Internet outage

After an outage, in order to not blast the wsprnet.org server, WD uploads at most 200 spots each 2 minutes until it catches up with real time spots. 

So depending upon the number of spots cached, it can take hours for WD to finish catching up a after an extended outage.
